Excellent service from start to finish - Kept me informed during the whole process when my Samsung TV decided to have a moment. Fixed under warranty and FAST as well. I was able to drop mine off which made it easier as I work Monday-Friday and no one would be home to let the technician in. Look past some of the bad reviews because these guys know their stuff, were extremely helpful and didnt mess about. Would definitely bring any of my other products here for servicing should they require it. Thanks VF! - Keep up the great work :

The video factory sent two wonderful technicians out to inspect my LG TV that had no picture or sound. Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired as they no longer make the parts for it but I want to highly recommend the video factory for their prompt service and professionalism.nnWould highly recommend!!
