Opened 20 year ago, with the original ideals of offering somewhere healthy to eat, Vegie Bar's basic ideals have remained-food for the body, mind and soul. Not limited to the vegetarian, the popular eating house and bar entices a wide mix of people and has become an iconic destination in Melbourne.

The food and drinks menu offers a huge variety of freshly prepared, dishes from all corners of the globe. Wherever possible organic and bio-dynamic ingredients are used .This reflects another belief-that the food should not be over-worked and should have minimal human involvement throughout the preparation and cooking stages, resulting in rustic, home-style cooking.

Ok, so possibly the nicest veggie pizza I've ever eaten! Great food, great vibe. Super efficient staff with food arriving very fast. Super fresh
Absolutely love this place—extraordinary services. Fantastic food. Nothing wrong to say that I love bacon here. BBQ Pizza was a bomb, flavourful, slightly spicy, salty and sweet, so I could manage to finish my half shared with a friend easily.
This is a Melbourne staple. Always great food & staff have always been friendly. Food never takes forever to arrive & you always walk out very satisfied with what you've just eaten.
First time at a veggie place and was really surprised. Great atmosphere and great food. The only thing not helping is the lack of Apple Pay with the mobile ordering system.
The vibe and atmosphere is amazing but actual taste of food is average. They need to work on improving taste with all the vegetarian and vegan competition now.
Excellent place for a Vegetarian / Vegan experience in Melbourne. The food is mouth wateringly delicious and a combination of Mexican, Japanese ,International and Indian cuisine. The desserts like Tiramisu is a must try...staff and Hospitality is 5 star and amazing.

If i had ready access to the always delicious array of vegetarian food here, I'd quite happily be a vegetarian. Always top quality, good range, good service. Not inexpensive but good value.
Food never disappoints, servings are generous and packed with flavour. However, been a few times staff have been rude and inattentive.
