Service was kind of slow.. staff kinda sat around just vaping. Had to ask to be served even though shop was pretty much empty. When asking about recommendations for juice flavours got rude responses. Did leave with some stuff though.. have been in there before and had an awesome experience but this visit was a let down. Didn’t really feel as welcome as my previous visit.

First time in a vape store buying a kit and Van was awesome. Very helpful in his recommendations and went the extra mile to help us set up in store. Will definitely be back and I can see why we were reccommended to the Papakura Vape Shed by family and friends. Thanks Van!
