We had a delightful meal here. The flavours were delicious and the serving sizes generous. It was had to fault this venue. The staff were super friendly and helpful. One oversight was quickly rectified with any issues. Great service. Orange is a beautiful town to visit and if you are hungry I would highly recommend.
The food at Union Bank Hotel is excellent. Beautiful location, lovely outdoor area. Kid friendly. The food and drinks are fantastic. Highly recommend the pate and the ceviche - so delicious!
We heard the food was good from general research and UB exceeded expectations. We got the jalapeno croquettes, the tartare must get, octopus, sirloin, beets and the truffle cream caramel. Definitely get the bread to soak up the deliciousness left on the plate!!nnThose potato scallops need a special call out, unassuming yet blew us away. They’re soft on the inside, crunchy and crispy on the outside and the seasoning, truely an elevated potato scallop.
Great menu, excellent wine list, friendly and attentive service. We went for a date night and then with mates and recommend both. Thanks Union Bank!
The food is quite nice - 4.5 stars I’d give it. The atmosphere is excellent, the outside area is amazing on a clear autumn day with all the leaves offering up a pleasant color palette. Service was a bit of a hit and miss, it’s a busy place cuz it’s popular but there are other busy and popular places in orange where the wait on food is less than an hour. The warm smiling lady was lovely but didn’t deliver the outcome. The cool, less friendly young lad however was more efficient. It would be nice to have both :.
