We have been shopping here a few years now and have had no problems with your staff in the past. Up until today we've enjoyed shopping here. Unfortunately me and my mother experienced an incredibly rude employee at your store. She was an old lady and she obviously didn't have any regard for customers with disabilities.nBeing a Christian community I never thought I'd encounter such a person at your store. Not only did she ram my mother's wheelchair with her bread trolly, but when we reacted she accused us of being abusive. Only after she hit Mum's wheelchair did she say excuse me which was pointless. If she have hurt my mother in any way I would've sued the company. We don't deserve to be treated the way she treated us and she should never be employed at an otherwise reputable centre, volunteer or not. All the other staff have always been good to us but it only takes one.
It's the people who are real and relatable and have so much compassion and this truly shows there is hope out there.Amazing welcoming staff at administration and the people who work for them who try their best to lighten up your mind with a big smile in a stressful world
When my friend from NSW comes up to visit, this is where we hang out. The service is great and food too. It is a calm and quiet place to just have a chat, and relax.
Some freebies and some things are quite cheap, but not everything. Still, you're helping a charity.
Twin Rivers is such a friendly and supportive community resource. They have beautiful staff who really care. Jobs expo was amazing today!!! Well done and thanks for all of your efforts in organising this. It gave me hope for the future.
