What an amazing meal! We started with delicious onion rings, the our main meal of kids cheese burger, chicken pizza and a beef burger. Check out the size of those chips!!!

Amazing food! The meals were a good size and delicious! Very fast wait time for the food, much faster than I was expecting. Amazing staff and family friendly. Kids even got lollipops.

Great place for a couple of beers and some really great food. Get behind regional New Zealand and take this opportunity to find just how amazing our beautiful country is.

Stopped here for lunch.  Great local bar with a good menu.  Prices are good too. We ordered a steak, homemade beef and ale pie and a roast beef dinner.   The roast beef was okay, the steak was good and great value for money and the pie was delicious.  Friendly staff and would come here again.

Wow, great aspect from the decking, superb food - large portions and meat was divine and probably local, one couldn't have asked for a more affable and thoughtful host and hostess, and yeah, a medium-slow baize on the pool which allowed me to suitably annoy my kiwi friends with some devilish tactics.

Worth the trip to waitomo just for this pub. Great food, great beer. Amazing staff. Family friendly. One of the highlights of our holiday! Thanks heaps!

Food quite nice. Seems clean enough. Nice outlook. Easy and plentiful parking. What spoilt it for us was background music was too loud for us to hold easy conversation.

Fantastic/friendly service - customers are treated like locals. Good, honest, no-fuss food. Highly recommended.

Great food, great staff, great atmosphere and to top it all off great prices. Portion size is generous. Tuesday night and I'd say it's 2/3s full and food came out quickly. Would like to see more places like this up in Auckland to be honest.

Great burger....got the chicken burger. Generous size and lots of chips. Decent size kids meals. Cheerful and quick service. Chiefs beat the naki too so good night
