ordered take away tonight and was bitterly disappointed. The burgers were stale. The chips and potato cakes were burnt. On the positive side the onion rings were fine. I will never come back here ever again though.

Better than a few months ago. Will be back.

Phone & desk customer service is excellent and always happy and friendly.  Chips could have more crunch. The wife cooks the better chips, more golden and crunchy.

If I could give zero stars I would! Regrettably wasted $25 on late lunch this arvo. Could smell the OLD oil that food was cooked in as soon as I got in car. Food was not edible. It stunk! Skimping on fresh cooking oil may cut costs short-tetm BUT will cost them dearly. Karma!

Always over cooked and dry. Seems oil is too hot to get more done quickly. Am always told 5min on phone order and its ready when i get there. Dimsims not always cookedhot all the  way  through but don't ring or go back and complain they won't believe you.

Has to be the worst I've had, period. Oil old,  food disgraceful and donuts rock hard. How they're  still in business is beyond me?!
