I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tea Collective showroom in Mayfield, and I simply had to share my experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how well-organised and beautiful the space was. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the showroom, from the stunning displays to the carefully curated product offerings.  What really made my visit stand out, however, was the amazing staff. They were so attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all of the products and answer any questions I had. I was also pleasantly surprised when they offered to gift wrap all of my purchases - it was such a thoughtful touch.  And the best part? The prices were incredibly affordable. I couldn't believe how much value I was getting for my money.  Overall, I cannot recommend the Tea Collective enough. We are incredibly lucky to have such a gem of a showroom here in Newcastle. Whether you're a tea lover or just appreciate beautiful spaces and great service, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Impeccable range of flavourful blends and creative accessories, this company knows their Tea! Beautiful presentation and professional service, I can highly recommend the Tea Collective. My wife adored the maternity gift box, and we've been customers ever since. A visit to the warehouse was a delight, the amazing staff were so helpful!

After trying their Iced Gingerbread Chai at the Autumn Rooms, I needed to get some for home! I ordered through their online shop for pick up at their mayfield warehouse.  With the intention of picking up one blend, I ended up buying an additional four when I got there! So many beautiful ones to choose from. I am obsessed with them all.  Such unique blends too. Mexican Mango Chilli is a new fave and staple at home. Beautifully balanced flavours, blended to perfection. Love the jars too, they look great on the kitchen counter. No more hiding the teas in the cupboard. For any tea lover, these teas are a must!

This little gem is found ABOVE The Autumn Rooms cafe, head upstairs INSIDE the cafe.  The extensive knowledge from woman behind the tea counter was quite impressive. I’ve been around the world to try alternate teas  and found this business to have some decent & organic flavoured teas with a great depth of selections for all customers visiting.  The two tea rooms + balcony were little though enough to sit down and have a high tea   with a friend.

High tea was a fabulous experience at The Tea Collective. The food was delicious, and especially those scones! Delicious juice to start with, Ordered champagne, and so hard to choose which teas to have!  Pretty china added to the experience. Well worth visiting.

Vegan options  Love the fresh dumplings here - small portions but good to accompany your tea!  Highly recommend the lychee and lavender iced teas - so fun!  Pretty space but small so book if you know in advance!  The location is easy to find parking is limited.  There’s also a tea room with lots of blends for sale including blacks, greens and matcha. Gift boxes available.

Simply the BEST TEA Blends I have ever tried

Whenever I make myself a Rose Chai for the Tea Collective, I feel such calm and happiness. Such a superior product! This will definitely become a staple in my kitchen!
