Ordered Fillet Mignon Black Angus but reckon I got the Cape Grim Porterhouse instead, no prosciutto wrap on steak. Went to order at the bar and staff just passing by and no one has bothered to say “ someone will served me in a while “ at least there for few minutes standing and it’s not even busy at all. Atmosphere was nice, but staff needs to be more friendlier and also would be nice if someone would ask if our meal was all great, and SMILE would be a bonus too.
Friendly service, great atmosphere, extensive drink menu, loved the chocolate dessert, yummy cocktails.
I would like to shout out one of the works, Jake is an excellent bartender and had recommended me so many great choices with the drinks which meant so much since I NEVER go out. Anyway I recommend coming here and to see the lovely smile that Jake brings
Had a great time at the bottomless brunch, the food was delicious and the staff were amazing. Big thanks especially to Amy, Loreena, Jacob, Liam, Harry and Brooke! +the kitchen staff who made our awesome food! Will be back
Beyond Awful customer service. Ordered a mojito that had so much fresh lime juice in it, it was undrinkable. When we asked for a replacement the female bartenders were so rude, saying it’s our tastebuds and the recipe is correct! Said we would have to pay for a new one. Profits over anything else clearly. We had walked past and we’re going to eat as the menu looked promising, but the staff let this place down so bad, and previous bad reviews seem to say the same.
Just experienced the best mojito I've ever had. Absolutely the friendliest bar staff this side of the Nullarbor. What a lovely, vibrant atmosphere and staff culture.
