The Swedish Pilates Studio is a boutique Pilates Studio located in beautiful Glen Iris on Glen Iris Rd just opposite from Ferndale Park. I offer Pilates in small (mat Pilates and Reformer), friendly and personal classes (6 participants), with exercises that are gentle and safe, but very effective.
I want to provide a place where you can meet like-minded people, gain inspiration and recharge your energy.

Perfect location for a new Pilates studio! I've been going to both mat and reformer classes for a few weeks and I can feel results already. Sessions are very small and Birgitta is great! Highly recommend!
