Very tasty rolls. Tried tiger roll and avocado, both were huge and yummy. Nice portions for the price you pay.
This is one of my favourite places to buy sushi and other Japanese cuisine. It's always a treat. The atmosphere of the place is cozy, warm, and friendly. The staff are kind, ready to offer a smile as they take your order. The food is always prepared quickly, and waiting time flies by. Not only is the service quick, either. Each bite of food is bursting with flavour, top quality and wonderfully rich. The menu has a wide variety of food to choose from, including smaller dishes suitable for kids, to meals for older individuals, to bigger platters that can easily be shared. Dine-in and takeaway are both available options as well. All in all, you'd be hard-pressed to find a place as good as this little outlet. I highly recommend it, whether you're a local or whether you're just passing through or otherwise. Take time out of your week to drop in here now and again, and guaranteed you won't regret it.
Sushi is hit and miss. Sometimes really fresh, sometimes tasting dry and of old product. Staff is friendly and somewhat accommodating, one major issue for me as i visit regularly and have picked up on the fact they have an extremely dirty kitchen. as well staff needs to pick up the pace!
Always used go to the sushi shop, it says outside they close at 8, says online they close at 8, they make up their own closing times. Can you not change your google decription to close at 7.30 if you do actually close at 7.30? Its happened far too many times where the family have gone hungry, its not good. Sort it out!!!!
I am a very regular customer here. The sushi is very good and the oder is usually made correctly, however, I have OFTEN tried to call and order takeaway sushi, WELL before closing time and found the store to have closed early. This has been going on for a long long time and is extremely disappointing.
Never quiet sure why this place is oftenso busy. Eaten take away from here once before and it was dissapointing to say the least. Went to get lunch today from BB Plaze usual take away was closed sadly as there lunch specials are always good so thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt as people seem to like it. First thing i noticed was what a mess the team work in. Honestly you work in an open kitchen it should be tidy and organised and clean at all times over 30 years in hospitality so i do have some idea. The food then as that was why i went right, in short itwas tasteless, poor value for money in comparison to the other two Asian food takeaways. The bowl was half full at best not much chicken, plenty of cabbage and not much else. I should have gone with my instincts and walked away i wont give them a third chance.
Ordered a tempura vegetable roll, got all the way home before I realised they had given me chicken. I called them to let them know they served me wrong and to make me a new one for in 15 minutes. Drove all the way back and they swapped it with the meal they had made 30 minutes prior, gave no apology and had to eat room temperature, soggy garbage. Very disappointed in the lack of service I received and no compensation for their mistake.
The sushi is pretty good - but they constantly wait till the last second to cancel uber eats orders for no reason. Making me wait over an hour before cancelling on multiple occasions is not worthy of more than 2 stars.
Food was old tasting and did not have a fresh sushi taste at all. Customer service was pretty terrible too, everything was a bother evem though I was the only customer.
best sushi in the world absolutely delicious BUT horrible customer service and really unreliable opening and closing hours as you will never really know if they’re open. it’s super inconvenient and not fair to advertise false opening hours to the public :/ love from karen x
