It's a great place to study and live, where you can meet friends from all over the world. There are also various activities held in the apartment, and there are also excellent facilities such as swimming pool and study room. The staff are also very warm and help you when you have problems. I love here.

Good accommodation.I love the roof terrace on the 23rd floor where I can overlook Perth City. The staffs are very friendly, and has 24 hours duty call.

The Student Housing Company - The Boulevard in particular are extremely professional in their service. Their staff are incredibly supportive and willing to help answer any questions you might have - which makes the experience that much easier! Would highly recommend TSHC!

they advertise the pool but you are not allowed to use the pool after sunset, which is like 6 pm, by the time you finish uni and come back its already time to close the pool. waking up at 4am and using the pool in winters before uni is not a realistic thing.

Best place, best staff and best mates. I have spent last three months living here and I consider this place as a second home. All the features are new and efficient, you can spend good time on the rooftop, in the swimming pool  area and in the gym. Very close to city centre and all public transports.

Awesome place and very friendly staff! The rooms are really nice with windows that can be opened. There's many activities organised by the management as well. Great facilities! Overall enjoy my stay here!
