Matt and his team looked after my Mercedes for all the servicing once my 'fixed' price service package ended with Westpoint Star. Their pricing was always very competitive and workmanship professional. The offer of loan cars was always convenient. They also let me drop in from time to time to troubleshoot any issues. Particularly handy when I have no automatic background. Definitely 5 star service. Thanks Matt and the team for looking after me and my Merc for so many years!
I have been taking my E280 to the Star Shop for several years now and have been very happy with the service I get. Matt always manages to speak to me about what needs to be done, he is very thorough and checks my car before I pick it up.
First time calling them and was pleasantly surprised by the patience and friendliness of Matt and Gail and decided to let them handle the problem with my C200. It took them 1/2 a day to get back to me with the cause and solution with pricing and got back my car in about 3 days, including waiting for parts. It is definitely a well organised workshop, with professionalism and skills, and more important with a strong customer focus!
I have been a customer of The Star Shop, a well organised workshop, for almost 10 years now after many experiences of dissatisfaction with other workshops. I have nothing but only good to say about the satisfactory services provided to me by either Sean or Matt on my S and E class petrol and diesel Mercedes. Both of them are dependable, honest and they resolve problems quickly and efficiently at reasonable service costs. They possess good technical and computer diagnostic skills. Very often they even find issues which I was unaware off due to their keen attention to details. In addition to providing me the typical 'A' and 'B' routine services, I have had problems with my S class's convenience soft close doors and a situation where the boot lid was jammed. My E class had issues with the ignition switch and starter motor. The issues were promptly resolved to my satisfaction. The workshop looks safe to me. I have observed that before they close for the day, the floor is thoroughly cleaned by a floor scrubber by other mechanics. I highly recommend anyone who have issues with their Mercedes to The Star Shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
