Location was great, room was comfortable however it was not the  room that we reserved online, all sites stated that the traditional room we had booked had a jetted spa bath but the room we got didn't, and no satisfactory explanation or reduction was offered which is not good customer service.

Great room! Wonderful, helpful owners who are great to chat to and get any ideas of places to visit in the area. Will definitely come back

Excellent room...large, clean and comfortable bedding. Even though the room was close to the Main Street we found it very quiet from street noise. Excellent bathroom too!!

Fantastic little getaway motel. Right in the heart of Hahndorf. Very friendly and accommodating owners and the rooms are amazing. Definitely recommend.
