The Spot Espresso

Diarrhea and stomach ache. This is how my partner and I spent our afternoon after eating two courses in this breakfast cafe. I don't know if it was the freshness of food or the lack of hygiene in the kitchen on the part of the chefs! In any case, there is a real problem in this place. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Affordable cost of food but nasty.

My favourites place for lunch... great coffee, a wide variety of scrumptious meals and service always with a smile. And they make the best steak sandwich... normal lettuce and normal toast.

If you have never been to The Spot Espresso, ask yourself "Why have I never been to The Spot Espresso?" Brilliant service every time and a great atmosphere.

The place to be for a quick lunch with friends on a weekday. Service is fast and friendly. Food is decent. Price is reasonable.

The food and service are always amazing here at the Spot Espresso. The staff are wonderfully friendly and will always have a chat with you, they are just lovely people and very attentive. The food comes out quickly and it piping hot and delicious. They also serve a good selection of hot and cold drinks made by a knowledgeable barista

Sometimes I feel like having a big bag of nicely salted chips for lunch in the city. For $6.70 for the large that is exactly what I get from this place. $1.50 for a reasonably sized tub of gravy on the side if that floats your boat. I can't comment on any of the food or coffee cause I can't get past the awesome chips. Fried to order, nice and crispy, nice chicken salt. Since discovering this place a few weeks ago I've been back a good 5 or 6 times. Also staff are friendly

Worst burger ever today. Ordered chicken schnitzel burger..the schnitzel was so thin it was not much thicker than a slice of cheese and so overcooked it was tough and grey. Crumb was so overcooked it was beyond crunchy. Chips were oily and awful. Used to be the go to place for lunch but gone downhill. Go somewhere else!

Nice steak sandwich. Very fresh

Wonderful service, polite staff and very accommodating! My mother & I love having lunch here every week!
