This place is a dream! Trying to be as zero waste and packaging free as possible and this shop makes it a lot easier, I’m so happy it is not far from me. Have been countless times. Its easy to get your dry shopping here - food rice, lentils, spices and more laundry powder, hand soap etc. They have paper bags of different sizes on hand for the dry products with pencils and will seal them for you at the till. You can buy jars and bottles in there, I bring my own to refill for liquids. Know the ml of your containers though as liquids are done by volume! The selection is really huge, especially the sweets and chocolate section. What’s also great is instructions for the product is shown so your can take a picture and still know how to cook it example shown. The staff have always been nothing but friendly and helpful. The only problem is I always leave with more than I intended because the products are so good!

These are the kind of places that need to be more abundant on the high street! A fantastic amount of choice can be found in this small store and the people that work there are friendly and helpful. Items are laid out in a clear and accommodating fashion, with kombucha on tap and scales easily in reach to check your spending. Only 4 stars as a lot of the sweet treats have dextrin/dextrose in them which is unnecessary, but hey.

Absolutely amazing products and even better service. Always so friendly and helpful. I buy my basics like grains and oats, toiletries, cleaning things, and of course the treats in the chocolate section. Macadamia marbles are the best if you want a suggestion!

So happy to have The Source in West Hampstead! The shop is lovely with a great selection of dry goods...everything from Himalayan pink salt to chocolate covered almonds! The products are all very high quality and impeccably presented. Was one of the only places where I could find semi sweet chocolate chips! Also make sure to try the Smoky nut mix...delicious.

Great variety of products, including empty jars, to sell should you need one! Awesome store! Highly recommended! Staff naturally and organically nice and professional!

The best bulk food store! I used to shop here all of the time I just moved and would purchase hampers as gifts for the holidays which everyone loved. Their chili cashews are tasty, they also do a speciality nut butter so keep your eyes on their instagram to see what’s new in store. I’m hoping they open a shop in whetstone area.

We have been there with my friend yesterday. We feel like a kid in a candy shop. You just grab the bag and write what it is on it and help yourself to fill it. All the products looks fresh and I like the fact you could see where are they coming from. Guilt free shopping with paper bags and glass jars. Sam was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

The best refill shop I’ve visited! I struggle to walk by without visiting for some treats. Fantastic choice of grains, pulses, dried fruits, chocolates and even crisps and muesli. The household cleaning stock is great too. Staff are seriously friendly, know their stock and are always on hand to help. There’s a set of scales to weigh your own containers and a good loyalty programme.

I'm really impressed with this shop! It looks small from the outside but they have a massive selection of stuff, including baking ingredients, dried fruits, chocolates, spices, teas, some toiletries, protein powders, and they even have gluten free pasta and oats. The interior is clean and well laid out and the staff are really lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I haven't seen so much freshness in one place, just love shopping here, I was after chia seeds, abd found them all here in different varieties and prices, very helpful staff indeed
