DO NOT USE! Destroyed a computer desk that we had to throw out and ruined an outdoor table. The followup customer service was deplorable as well. Repeatedly promised compensation. Promised to send someone out to try and fix the table. Kept moving the times then just stopped answering calls or emails. If i could give negative stars i would. there are plenty of other choices out there so if you value your possessions arriving in the same condition DO NOT GO WITH SMOOTH MOVERS

STILL NOT FIXED Everything went well until we discovered they had left the brackets for the shelves in a glass cabinet, A day later they dropped them off. Then er discovered they screw and washers were missing. Very old fittings and even Bunnings can't replace. 4 days later not responding to calls and messages. Obviously they did not pack pieces safely and now we can't put our cabinet together. Not happy.

I was very happy with Smooth Movers, they came on time, very polite, quick and competent. Mine was an internal move of a large cupboard which I did not want my husband to attempt or me. I am very pleased that I got Smooth Movers to move the cupboard, as now I have my cupboard moved without incident and a husband without a sore back. I will call them again and recommend them.

The two guys from Smooth Movers did an excellent job on what was a very warm day moving two large truckloads of furniture and belongings. They were on time, efficient and very easy to work with. Would happily recommend them.

Thanks again for organising the Smooth Movers services to transfer our belongings from our previous home to the new home. The guys did a wonderful job, handling items very carefully and not roughly. Everything went smoothly. Looked after us from the beginning to the end.
