I love this restaurant, it's an amazing spot, the service was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and came out so quickly. I enjoyed my date night with my partner and will definitely go back again. Thank you!
The food was absolutely terrible. The calamari looked like chicken and it was cold. Almost like it came out of freezer. Not fresh. It smelt and you couldn’t even eat it. My family got pasta and it was so sour. Couldn’t even eat it. The bruschetta was like a stone rock with lots of onion and hardly any tomatoes. Worst food I have ever eaten in my life. Would have made better food at home. What a waste of money. Wish we could get out money back for this terrible experience!
I spoke with a staff member weeks beforehand and booked a table for 9 people for our Christmas get together on Saturday 17 December. We arrived at The Secret Epping to find a sign on the front door that they were closed due to staffing shortages and wouldn’t be reopening until the new year. Interestingly their signage was lit up. A simple phone call to advise me of this change would have been polite. Terribly disappointing business practice! Aras Malaysian at Plenty Valley kindly accommodated us at the very last minute.
Had a table of 9 booked for tonight, turned up to find a sign saying closed due to staff shortages. A phone call would been nice! Frantically ringing around now to find somewhere that will accommodate us at this busy time of the year!
We went to the restaurant for dinner to celebrate my husband’s bday. Enjoyed the food; authentic Italian- delicious and excellent service too, we had great chats with Roberto, he is polite and lovely, I give him and food 5/5. Next time we plan to go with our friends and popularise the place . Missed trying dessert , Cafe Secret - we are coming back soon!! # Sublime!!
This place was by far the worst restaurant I’ve been too. The food was absolutely disgusting! That bad I chundered afterwards, I wouldn’t not recommend even thinking about going to this place. They serve better food in Bali
Honestly was very disappointing. We got to the restaurant, were sat down, were ready to order and then waited for twenty minutes to be served. The chefs were sitting there doing nothing and the waitress decided to wash the dishes at the bar instead of taking orders. We decided to leave since we took her washing dishes instead of serving people as a sign.

The secret was no secret at all it was such a disappointment and overall less than substandard food. The chilli prawns was way over priced for what you get, it tasted like frozen food that just came out of microwave. the salad had no flavour or dressing on it, it was like they through it all on a plate. overall we are disgusted with our experience and will not recommending to anyone!
Odd experience in this restaurant, we were the only people in the business for the hour and a half we were present. The coke had a strange after taste to it, when bringing this to the attention of the waiter just as an FYI, nothing else he instead chose to explain that most people choose the coke on tap over the bottled...doesn't change the fact that the on tap has a foul after taste. $12.90 for a jug of water was a rude shock also. The pumpkin I had tasted like it came out of the compost bin, and the mashed potato was powdered. To add insult to injury, even though we were the only people there, it was difficult to hold a conversation as we were under a loud speaker that kept skipping during the songs, not a great vibe. The saving grace was the parma itself was massive and wasn't terrible.
