I am so thankful to my mate for booking this place. We celebrated my birthday on the balcony outlooking the main streets of malvern.nThis place was just about 15 minutes walking distance from my house and next to Dan Murphy's.nThe rooms were nice and clean with essential amenities. They also have entertainment room, gym, sauna and spa etc.nI took advantage of the spa and soaked myself to relax.nThe view from the sauna room was very beautiful, especially with the sun rays hitting the area, and you can see the entire space outside. It felt like free tanning with the spa!nNotable thing is the receptionist, who was very friendly and accommodating.nEnjoyed the stay.
Stayed here for a week due to renovations at my house, and it was amazing! The view over Caulfield station and the Racecourse is spectacular, I could stare at the trains for hours. Great location near the train station and university. Only fault is the lack of facilities eg. Pool, as the small spa can get extremely crowded at times.
This is my 2nd business trip. Lovely place to stay. Reception smells devine and is nice to come 'home to' after work. Very calming. I'm on an extended work trip and the staff have been lovely and accommodating. Rooms are clean and well equipped for a longer stay.
· Upon arrival, we had to call the front desk as the receptionist was not around to hand us our keys. Thankfully, they did not take too long to attend to us. The room was quite spacious and we really appreciate the huge windows with good views of the city. Furthermore, the gym was well equipped and had almost everything we wanted in a gym. There is also a garden and a tiny pool on the 4th level. Overall, it was a good stay!nn · Although it is a huge building, there are only two lifts which serve 16 stories. It can get really crowded in the lifts, hence we had to wait for a longer time to be able to take them.
Everything was good but not the neighbors, he threatened me by saying that he'll call the cops ‍.nActually what happen while exploring the rooms I found that we can see the other balcony from the 904 as well & the neighbors came out & told me that If I do that again he'll call the cops.nSebel team please don't make such partitions, there was breach in the privacy of the residents.
