First visit - fantastic atmosphere, decor, staff and food.nSteak cooked perfect medium rare, parmigiana was one of the best schnitzels I've had in a long time. The dough for the garlic cheese bread was amazing, will definitely be back to try the pizzas! Great cocktail menu.
As a visitor from Adelaide I was so impressed with the food, service and atmosphere during my nephews 21st birthday party on the 15th of March 2024. Amy who was the Team Leader for the evening and the rest of the staff were so accomodating and hospitable. No doubt I’ll be a repeat customer. Thankyou.
You should try their Maple Melonade. Refreshing drink as the day was so hot and sunny. As per the bartender, that was his own creation. I forgot his name. nnSand Social in general, have all the friendliest and lovely staff. We were singing Happy Birthday to a friend and one of the staff just joined and sing her a Happy Birthday too. One of them also gave her compliments to the celebrant. We will keep coming back to The Sands Social.nnFriendly atmosphere.. Beautiful place.. Lovely staff..
Roast of the day today on Saturday was lamb. I was really looking forward to a roast cooked by someone other than me as a treat. It was Extremely tough. The Rosemary potatoes were half cooked. Possibly boiled then sprinkled with herb from a bottle. Where are the crispy roast well cooked vegetables of old ?nI have given feedback to staff and hope that someone who LOVES cooking a good roast spends some timenTeaching the cooks the skills to produce a good roast because if it’s good it will bring in the hordes. This experience today will send them running!!nKeep trying and let’s hope it improves
