Friends and I are Sunday roasting around Sydney. This was our second spot to try and it's going to be very hard to top the generous and amazingly delicious lamb roast we had! Run, don't walk. Amazing. Juice and perfectly roasted meat and veg and yorkshire puddings! $28 for the roast. Balcony wasn't too hectic, and super warm and cosy even on a dreary day. Wine by the glass was reasonably priced and several options for each of the white/reds. Staff were friendly and got things done efficiently.nnWould happily go back!

Had a few beers and a feed on a Tuesday and was really impressed. 15 dollar cheeseburger Tuesday special was on point and very tasty.nUnfortunately they ran out of snitzel so my partner got the haloumi burger which was just as tasty.nDecent beer range with a few craft beer options
The Royal on Norton Street has one of the best balconies that I've seen in pub of this era; large and open. Food is great pub grub, good wine list and a fabulous beer choice. Staff are exceptional friendly and helpful in an environment that has many designated areas; large screen sports, TAB, lounge or cocktail and, of course, food.nRecommended.
This is a good local pub and worth a visit. Plenty happening here with good sports coverage with multiple TV screens. A few different places to sit depending on what you want to watch. There are also a number of tables looking onto the street providing an opportunity to have a quieter spot for a good catch up with mates.nWe had the pie, mushy pies and mash which was tasty. They also have specials offers on every day at $16 per for a steak or schnitzel which includes a beer or glass of house wine.nJust had another dinner here and the special a salad with grilled chicken and avocado excellent, Cesar salad awesome!nnBathroom clean.nLove from Local GuidenLike me if helpful
