Really happy with my experience in store yesterday. I'd been looking forward to going in to purchase an Akubra for quite a while and the lady in the store was so helpful with providing advice to make sure I got the right one. I probably would've gone for the wrong size if she'd not explained the nuances of sizing and sorted me out with spacers. Really chuffed with my hat and really chuffed with the service.

Walked into this store over the weekend 29/6/21. I purchased a hat and the lady at the counter Asian slopped the hat on the table without even placing it in a bag and didn’t even ask whether I wanted a bag. I had to ask for one and she gave me attitude put the hat in the paper bag and just placed it on the counter like she was negative body language. She didn’t even tie the ribbon and made it very obvious she didn’t want to give me a bag today!!Unbelievable! I have never had such bad customer service. This part of sydney is iconic and you’d think the customer service would be at the highest level. The best part was there was absolutely no communication from the lady. I recommend buying online as one would receive the same silent service at half price the price! My advice. Get new staff.

Have a good range of hats and sizes. But surprised by the shop assistants seeming lack of knowledge about actually owning and looking after a hat. They answered my query with a ridiculous reply, fortunately the manufacturer's website has the info I was after.

High quality and quantity of products with prices to match. Both male and female styles available.  The question that you need to ask yourself is how often do you need to purchase a quality hat? Not often at a guess so paying a little more to try on and select one is what this store is all about. Yes the Internet may be cheaper but you’ll have to wait to receive the hat and it may not be the quality or correct size for you.
