Story

We are delighted to introduce our River Range homes to you.

As long-term Territorians operating as Barclay Builders for over 36 years, we have grown a genuine passion for living in the tropics. This has led to developing our very own innovative building system that meets the unique conditions of our environment and complements our great Territory lifestyle.

We have created a variety of affordable River Range home options that exceed the mandatory 5-Star Energy Rating. Features include semi-elevated designs that rise above natural ground level, tinted louvred windows to capture fresh cross breezes, and cathedral ceilings for comfortable rapid cooling.

Our homes are engineered to cyclonic standard – built with a portal frame system of steel construction that accommodates a variety of applications with the added versatility of being able to adapt for customised options.

Best of all we are particularly proud that this fantastic product is manufactured in our Darwin premises, supporting local industry and employing local residents. Our streamlined process of design, manufacture and construct adds further value and efficiencies to our customers presenting an attractive, cost-effective package.
