Came across this restaurant when I was walking around Flemington and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the vermicelli with chicken and salted fish. The dish was pretty good with generous amounts of salted fish, though it could do with more vegetables in the vermicelli. The decor, ambience and service were fantastic. Definitely worth repeat visits
This was such a great find. The food was great and reasonably priced. Can’t fault any dishes. It’s BYO too so that’s a huge plus.Food: 4/5
Great place to eat at close to the hospital. Pan Asian restaurant with dishes across Asia, we tried soft shell crab Laksa, combination hor fun and Char Kway Teow, all dishes hit the mark especially the CKT with the right amount of wok hei! Nice and clean with good ambience.Food: 5/5
Great Japanese near Unimelb. Got the R3CR rice cooker chilli chicken rice and assorted sushi platter. The R3CR admittedly felt underwhelming at first based on looks, but is a relative good feed with a moderate spice kick to it. The assorted sushi platter was excellent. Expect to spend ~$20-25 for a meal here.

2024 Update - I still make this my dinner destination whenever I visit Melbourne. Their cheesy salmon rolls are the best I’ve ever had. The service is amazing and I’m always greeted by name and made to feel like part of the family. Previous review This is one of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne- I head over every time I have the chance. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is wonderful. A perfect gem!
I used to eat from here probably once or twice a week when I used to live in Melbourne! Food is amazing and I highly recommend the Beef Rendang dish! The staff was helpful and the owner is super friendly and always had a welcoming attitude with all his customers!Food: 5/5
Incredible food! Came here for a quick bite to eat between medical appointments and couldn’t recommend it enough. Convenient location. Friendly staff, quick service. Clean restaurant. Delicious variety of food. I got the Soft shell crab curry laksa and demolished the entire bowl. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! It was so flavourful and everything cooked to perfection. Definitely a hidden gem
Perfect location, easy to find, walking distance if your are around the university of melbourne, children hospital, RMH. chinese malay cuisines. dishes we had char kew tiaw CKT, hainan chicken rice, vermicelli noodles, salad, ample of sushi and sashimi fresh made daily. all were tasty. Price reasonable for decent size.Food: 5/5
The lemongrass chicken with rice is by far my favourite dish, crispy skin with tender, succulent meat. The CKT is amazing, with the different meats complimenting each other perfecty. Another must try is the salted fish and chicken vermicelli, the perfect light, warm comfort food, the bursts of salted fish really make this dish spectacular. I always feel happy and satisfied every time I eat their food. The venue itself is such a cute vibe and the staff are so pleasent, their service is incredible. My words don't do this place justice. It's my favourite and I'm definitely becoming a regular.
