Recently renovated causal restaurant with a bar area located conveniently close to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the university campuses. I enjoyed the light and airy interior which has been painted white and has a range of seating arrangements. The menu is modern with mains around $16-29 including plenty of vegetarian options. Pasta sizes are generous if you are hungry, I enjoyed the gnocchi which is served piping hot in a tercotta bowl with fragrant basil. Beers on tap and a decent wine list

Recently changed ownership and on a Wednesday, couldn't believe how many people were there eating which is a good sign. We both had the squid which is amongst the best I have had in many years. Superbly cooked and so tender, it melted in your mouth. Definitely a repeat visit on the cards.

Yep, nice place with good beer selection id like to recommend👌👌 Friendly staff, pub is ultra shiny and very clean. Food menu I think can be bit more but definitely what's on is enough Cheers 🍻

Been there four times, pricey, service was ok, turned away on a Saturday night because they wanted to close. Went there today at 4:45 pm, was asked for ID then he said just enter and a man stepped out and very rudely said it is a ticketed event and we can’t enter........it’s gone from a very wonderful local pub to really weird. Truly not impressed and missed my local very much. I watched them turn away 3 locals just coming for a Saturday avo drink 😥😥😥 the really strange thing was there was only like 15 people in there. There was no where else to have a Saturday drink! Think Hampden road is finished:(
