Terrible company. Rude, sloppy, and unprofessional to say the least. Notified them a month in advance (in writing) of my intention to move.  Handed physical copies of the completed forms of changeover of lease. Yet they still didn't remove me from the lease, 4 months after I had moved! 
Just stay away from this company.

****BAD BAD NEWS - STEER WELL CLEAR****
The rating, or lack thereof speaks for itself. 
Wont let me select no stars, HENCE  it is only 1 star
This agency should not be allowed to operate, but it is in QLD and they do things differently there. Suzy Clark is one nasty individual to deal with, she blatantly lies to make her case. The state of the property was disgusting, have photos to prove from the new agent who took over and got the place rented within a couple of weeks.
Rental Managers claim it couldn't be rented because of the rental price being asked, {which was lowered after I enquired why the place wasnt renting}, it was because the managing agent didn't do the proper exit inspection - no one would want to rent let alone live in a place presented like that, well maybe except for Suzy.
They claim they had it professionally cleaned, so bad was that job we had to employ another cleaner to have to place cleaned over again.
Reported to Office of Fair Trading with no result - Rental Managers denied everything, which meant had to pursue via Court of Tribunal. As if she hasn't cost us enough losses through a vacant property for 3 months whilst she was off trekking in China.

Not recommended to go through this real estate. They take as much money from you as possible with no proof. They didnt return my exit condition report as requested 3 times. Also do not attebd to maintenance when requested. Absolutely appalling.

Do yourself a favor. READ THE REVIEWS, they really do reflect how appalling the service is with this company. I wish I could give a negative star review here, they don't even deserve 1 star. suzy (that's right, spelled with a lower case s, it's even in her email signature) and her rag tag team of "property managers" are by far, the worst agency I've ever come across. These are the sort of agents who are there for people who like buying all of their groceries from the reject shop. You seriously do get what you pay for with these guys. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, emails and calls from the agent are completely unprofessional and rude, have numerous spelling mistakes and grammar errors. Suzy really doesn't give a damn though. She's happy driving around in her $100,000 Mercedes and leaving her tenants and owners in the dark on just about everything happening in the background. When I first moved to Townsville and read these reviews, I thought, no way. No way could an agent really be THIS bad. Well, yes, yes they can be. Trust these reviews and steer clear. This is the sort of agency that will liquidate all of their assets, leave all of their staff scratching their heads while the business owner (suzy) moves away to her private getaway island with all of the business assets and funding. Horrible staff, horrible owner, just plain horrible. I'm so happy that my lease has ended and I never have to speak to these people again.
