Better service than it used to be, but can still be abrasive. Prices are up there, but you can still get yourself a bargain. Great selection of most renovation products. The shop is set out well, giving customers room to browse.

Looking for a specific item today and the guy there was very helpful,  he even gave me a couple of small items to assist with the door I am working on. Thanks guys
