Fantastic service from Scott and Trent. Scott called me to let me know when the honda lawn mower I was looking for came in. Trent was absolutely fantastic and his knowledge was appreciated. He took the time to compare the pros and cons of other Hondas and with what I required pointed me in the right direction. Trent also showed me a few tips and tricks and also the best way to maintain my new mower. Transaction was easy and they also fully fuelled, put in oil and started it up to test it out. Trent also helped load the mower into my car. I drove an hour to get to the Red Shed based on recommendations and it was well worth it. Can't speak more highly about these guys. Thanks Scott and Trent.
Went there for a simple part,the person serving me didn't have a clue what I was talking about,the manager came out and told me they don't make these things anymore and went on with more BS about what I wanted. He told me to go to Bayswater,they may have the item,I asked if he could check for me and was told I had to go there.....here's another place that was great years ago. They still make what I wanted and I purchased one from a reputable dealer....no BS
Great service and always helpful. 5 years ago, we purchased from this store a ride on mower, chain saw, whipper snipper, slasher and a blower. It was a big investment but we couldn’t be happier with the advice provided and equipment which we also have serviced with them. It’s handy to have them on call and local for advice and it’s easy to drop in for perishables and parts. Highly recommended.
Top service! Had an issue with chain saw tension adjustment and the staff were helpful replacing and installing the chain for me. Definitely a trusted chainsaw shop!
