Established in 2006, The Red Balloon Candy Artisans was created by owner & head Candy Artisan, Pascal Menezes.
The name of the business was inspired by Pascal's parents who named him after the short French story book, 'Pascal & The Red Balloon'.
With 12 years in the confectionery industry, Pascal Menezes and wife Nina lived and worked first hand in cities like Barcelona, Amsterdam, Shanghai & Tokyo.
These cities inspired and help create the future vision and current business in Melbourne Australia, where they have been sculpting, stretching, chopping, moulding and creating some of the finest candy made in the world.
