Came here with family for a birthday dinner and had a great time! The food as always was great and our waiter Joe was honestly a gem - he made our experience go from good to absolutely great and had the most upbeat, positive attitude. This is definitely one of our favorite Red Robin’s!

Walked in 15 minutes after opening time, the host sat 2 people before me and told me it'd be a 10 minute wait. There was only 3 customers, why was I waiting? After being seated the service continued to go down hill. Workers walked around like they were lost. Appetizer was served after my meal was delivered. The bathroom was obviously not taken care of. My meal was brought to me clearly burnt. This location has horrible service.

Got seated quickly. However getting our order taken was a little lengthy. With most places being under staffed because of the pandemic we were just happy to be able to eat in doors. The appetizers were great but the burgers were undesirable. I have eaten here many times and this by far was the worst. They looked Great!!! But they were raw after the first bite : Update, Someone had reach out right after this post and pretty much refunded our meals. It's taken us a while to go back. Went back today. Happy to report everything from the service to the food was wonderful. Thank you!

Went here tonight to pick up food for me and my family. Sat there 10 mins and nobody waited on me! I had to say something for someone to come over many employees walked by and didn’t say NOTHING to me at all. My food was wrong and wasn’t what I ordered! Then a male employee thought it would be funny to give me a “complimentary” card with $0 dollars on it because they didn’t have the sauce I ordered! Well I am gonna find it funny tomorrow when I call corporate and let them no of the horrible customer service and the order being wrong! DO BETTER RED ROBIN!  Update  Went back to the store and talked to general manager of the store was told that my refund would be on there Friday. Friday came and went and still nothing. I called into the store yesterday and talked to Chris the manager. Whom took my number and told me the general Manager would be in at 2. I never received any call at all from the general manager. I can say this was my family’s favorite place to eat and I will not return. They never apologized at the store for the immature employee’s behaviors nothing. Very disappointed with the customer service and how I was treated. I work customer service every day and I never treat people like this! This is very poor business!

Beginning with the good: Gianna! Our server was patient we had several children in the party, knowledgeable about the menu, and prompt with every action. Thank you!  The not-so-good: The two hostesses did not make a great first impression. It seemed an intrusion on their screen time to say hello and seat us.  More good: Good burgers at a reasonable price. A burger with teriyaki and pineapple? It was quite good. Sweet potato fries and caramel sauce? Quite good again! Both were suggestions from Gianna. She made our dinner better at every turn.  Meh?: The broccoli was dry, lukewarm, and un-seasoned. If you like yours like that, you'll love the endless sides.  Good - Part III: The table's touchscreen had games for the family you'll need a smart phone, a breakdown of the receipt, and accepted card payments.

Food was very good but they were out of a lot of stuff when I went no hot chocolate, no sugar for sweet tea, and said they were out of pretzel buns and coke the day before. Got fried pickles great and a bacon cheeseburger bacon tasted like that cheap precooked stuff but can't say for sure, the fries that came with it were okay. Person I was dining with got a specialty burger that came with endless fries and a beer-cheese-dip. He said those were all good except they over cooked his burger he wanted medium but they gave him well done. Food came out very quick though and we were there for less than an hour!

Took my blood brother there on Veterans Day for a free veterans meal.  We were seated he ordered his burger and I went to order my birthday burger and we were advised only one discounted item allowed per table.  So my Blood brother got his Veterans Day meal and I had to purchase mine.  So much for my birthday burger. The service, food, and server were all good.  The bottomless fries are a Great plus.  If you are in the area and hungry stop in and check it out for yourself.

First, the good. Today was our first time eating at any Red Robin. The food came out hot! It was delicious, although, I asked for cheddar cheese on my sandwich but didn't get it. Now for the bad. My husband and I went in during an off time. We waited at the podium to be seated for 20 minutes. Another couple came in behind us and they went looking for the hostess. She found them sitting at a table playing on their cell phones. That couple left and we waited another 5 minutes to be seated. There were only 4 tables occupied and they had their food. No reason for a seating delay. Our waitress was good. I asked for butter for my broccoli. She brought me melted butter and there was something floating in it. The restaurant was very dirty. The floors had dropped food all over them. I had to brush my seat off before I could sit down. I think the workers just sitting around should have been cleaning tables, seats and floors. We've decided that after our long wait to eat here just wasn't worth it and we don't think we'll be eating there again.

Been here numerous times but this time was the best experience we’ve had so far. Izzy was phenomenal. Great personality, friendly and an absolute joy to be served by. Dealing with the public daily myself, I truly appreciate excellent customer service. Izzy, you’re a superstar! Keep doing what you’re doing! Burger was great as well!

We were greeted by one of the least friendly hostesses ever.  She seemed annoyed that we asked about wait time before putting our name in.  The table and chairs were wet, except where they were dirty.  The waiter was decent,  but not so much that it made up for a poor hostess.  I loved my burger.   My son loved his chicken strips.  We both loved the fries.   The prices are less than other places.  It made for a mixed experience.   I nearly gave the place a 3, but I ultimately really liked the food and speed or service. So a 4, but just barely.
