Could not fault our day. The food was amazing. We personally would have liked a little larger dessert but in saying that we are sweet eaters. The drinks that accompanied each course were great. I had the mock tails and he had the beers. The food was well presented and very tasty. The service staff were also wonderful. Wonderful romantic day
The whole trip experience was truly amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. We got a lovely sign for the occasion, which felt a very nice gesture. The food, from delicious appetisers to perfectly prepared meals, everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Combined with the scenic views over the swan lake, the journey felt like a perfect blend of comfort and quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend the Q Train to anyone looking for a great time!
What an amazing experience! Something I have wanted to try for a long time and am so glad finally did it. There is nothing I can fault from start to finish. We were greeted and taken to the “station” to grab our drink before boarding, then led us to our private dining room. Our “butler” was absolutely perfect and so informative and nothing was a hassle. Their knowledge on the locale produce was nothing short of amazing. The food was to die for. The surprise at the end,our “butler” that we had turns out to be the owner. What a humble man. I have also have to shoutout to “Daniel” for making my day even more special for arranging for me to sit in the front locomotive while it shuttled back. Thank you again The Q-Train it was amazing and we will back. Anyone thinking of doing this DO IT you will not be disappointed.
Celebrated our anniversary on the Q train and can easily say it was absolutely amazing . The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable . Jess our server in first class always greeted us with a smile and was a pleasure to interact with . She was extremely knowledgeable and explained each dish and the significance of the ingredients and where they came from. The food and drinks was amazing and even better it was made with all local ingredients. You may think the cost of the tickets could be a little expensive, however I can guarantee you definitely get your moneys worth and then some . 10 out of 10 must do if in the area
I absolutely LOVED the experience!nnWe rode the train on a Sunday, 2 weeks ago and it was a rainy day. But that didn’t diminish the 5-star service we received from the staff. Every single one of them are superb from the time we arrived to the end of the trip. It truly made our first time Q Train experience memorable.nnThe food and drinks are equally marvelous! Worth every cent we paid.nnCan’t recommend this highly enough. And I can’t wait to ride again in the Summer to try their Summer menu.
