My hair are thick and curly, I know they are not easy but I had a very cool haircut to refresh. Instead of that, I got a bobbed hairstyle which is terrible. I gonna have to find another hairdresser to try to arrange that. I was expecting a bit better from a boutique hairdresser.

Firstly, the girls at Pure Boutique were really lovely and welcoming, and I'm sorry that I have to post a bad review, it's clearly out of character that you have an unhappy customer, but I feel the need to voice my experience. I went to PB late march, with just enough courage to finally colour my hair. I showed a picture to the stylist from the PB instagram that she had dyed and cut herself. I already had natural highlights, and I wanted to enhance that, with a 'chocolate to caramel' balayage. My stylist was so lovely, I enjoyed the experience, but felt deflated when my hair was washed and dried that there was almost no noticeable change- aside from my highlights being dyed slightly darker, matching the rest of my hair. She assured me that after a few washes it will lighten, encouraged me to buy multiple products and all up I spent upwards of $300. She was right, the colour faded to a copper/arguably red colour. I called and explained that I was unhappy, she offered for me to come in amend the situation, and she was just as surprised as I expected to see the colour my hair had gone. The salon was flat out, so I was being understanding that she had to rush the fix to my hair. No blow dry or straighten, just colour, which was fine in my eyes. But the colour was nothing like I had originally asked for, now dyed patches of yellow blonde from the ears down, slightly copper at some points, and even though following all her instructions with my new products, I can confidently say my hair is at its worst. I don't want to redye it, I'm scared that it will be worse again, and my hair will be so damaged. But I'm upset most because on the first visit to the salon, I explained how hesitant I was to get my hair coloured at all for the fear of the exact scenario that has now unfolded. :( Sorry PB.
