Jane and her wonderful team managed my apartment for 3+ years and have provided nothing but outstanding service.  Being a very fussy landlord they went above and beyond to make sure the right tenant was chosen and the apartment was looked after.  They carried out their routine inspections and always communicated with me when necessary. I would have no hesitation recommending The Property Store to anyone

We have been previous tenants of the Property Store (for approx 3 years) and it was one of the best tenancies that we have had.  The property was well maintained and any repairs were acted on in a prompt manner. 
 
A property Manager has a job to do for the owner and the tenant which we appreciate can sometimes be a very difficult position to be in.  We felt that the Property Store always acted professionally and honestly in all of our interactions.

The Property Store carried out their three monthly inspections with ease and in a non-invasive way, these are great attributes for a property manager as it is not always easy to be a tenant.  There were lovely bonuses to our rental such as an annual chimney sweep and a Christmas hamper.  Whilst I imagine that this was arranged directly with the owner it may not be the case with every property, however, the fact that they thought about these little surprises was an awesome touch!

I have been a previous tenant of the Property Store Taupo, I had Leanne as my property manager and I cant fault her! honestly Leanne is fair and goes over and above to make sure not only the owners of the property but the tenants are 100 percent looked after fairly. Leanne took phone calls after work hours and always made sure things were chased up and sorted as soon as possible. Leanne is amazing and highly recommend her ! going to miss her dearly now I have moved on :) Such a delight

Thanks so much to Jane and the wonderful team at the Property Store. They looked after my investment property like it was their own, always stayed in contact and were really clear in all their communications. I feel super comfortable leaving my property in their very capable hands. Can't thank them enough for making my first foray into an investment property so easy.

Great company to work with! They managed our property while we were living overseas and were excellent. If they tenant was late paying rent they were straight onto it. Also were great with inspecting regularly and finding good reliable tenants. Easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!
