I built my first home in 2016 with The Prime Group in Baldivis, WA.

The Prime Group was helpful throughout the entire process, from design, through administration and contracts, and most importantly throughout the construction of the home.

The home was finished to a high standard within the reasonable, agreed time frame. I visited the site regularly throughout the build and always returned to substantial progress. The result was a great modern home, with quality workmanship - just as I was after.

Two years on, the house is being used for an investment and has been leased out to tenants for this duration. Upon inspections, the house is performing incredibly well, with no structural faults to date. 

Working within the Design Sector of the Building & Construction Industry, I've worked on many residential and commercial projects and I would happily build my next home with The Prime Group, and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Very experienced and effectively managed building organisation.  Excellent communication from all people in the Group with suppliers, clients, financiers and all others involved in the building process.  Quality product with focus on appeal to both property investors and tenants. In our business we deal with a large number of wholesale builders - Prime Group is the best in every respect.

The Prime Group built my first home in 2013. I was very happy with all aspects of the build, and the result shows in the final finished product. I would happily recommend The Prime Group to my family and friends.

Avoid this company!! Our house is only 10 years old and we are finding many faults. Leaking shower, massive cracks appearing all throughout the house and extremely poor finishing off in all areas. Clear examples of defective workmanship. They come across as though they will help you out, however this is not the case at all. We have had to fix everything at our expense. Extremely disappointing.
