If I could rate this place zero - I would. Pour kids=poor service. We went there with the kids and ordered different dishes with coffee. Mine was the Chipotle Eggs. I took one bite and it tasted AWFUL! I asked to replace as it was disgusting, the waitress said she can't take it without my paying for it but she'll ask the manage. She came back with the same answer. What a bad service! I ended up eating my kids leftovers and after we left I got a tummy ache the lasted a few hours. Thank got I didn't eat that. One of the worse breakfast experiences in Melbourne. My husband and his mum didn't enjoy their meals either. Will never go back.

The owner has no idea of coffee. Stating the coffee is the same and doesn't matter who makes it. So a qualified barista has no knowledge of coffee. Better coffe can be found at La Via... poor management.. stay away!
