We've stayed in this quirky but well appointed house. Great views of Swan Bay and the steam trains if you're a trainspotter or have a Thomas enthusiast. The updos on bathrooms are lovely. Great place for a group of friends or family who aren't frightened by the combo of kids and stairs.

it was great ,the views were out of this world you could walk to the town to the ferry everything was in reach the house is neat and tidy and has everything one needs for a great week away or just a few nights we were over the moon.

Quite an experience to climb up 'The Pole House', to stand on the save but moving balcony - being afraid of heights - enjoyed the stunning and changing views! It was great to meet up overseas family, did the FANTASTIC daytour 'Swimming with Dolphins', had - on walking distance - some lovely meals in Queenscliff centre, had long relaxing beach walks, but the most wonderful sunset views over beautiful Swanlake made our stay!  Without those, 'The Pole House' should be just basic some beds needs replacement and we missed real comfortable deck chairs or a hammock...
