These guys have been changing our water filters for approx the past 10 years. Great service as always! Adam gave us a courtesy call before arriving which we appreciated. Arrived on time, changed the filters quickly & efficiently. Very polite & friendly. Good job! Thank you.

Appreciated the initial call to set up date and the reminder the day before. Adam rang 30 minutes before to advise his arrival time. Adam turned up with all parts required and took the time to explain the costs and changeover of filters. Very efficient and friendly service.

We called this company to install a water filter for us after seeing their ads. A few days later Adam the technician came to do the job and we are please with how it turns out. He came on time, do the job professionally, and took time to explained about the process to us. Overall we are pleased with everything. Very recommended!

Clean and Clear:  I got my 3 stage water filter installed by Adam after seeing an advert in a mail I received. The promotion was of $210 which included the water filter, a “free faucet” and a “free cooler machine”. I got the free faucet and the cooler, however, the cooler wasn’t as big as it was in the advert photo.  I was given a time of between 1pm to 4pm. I was literally waiting all this time ! Adam arrived a little after 5pm. There was no courtesy call to inform me they were running late. Adam showed up on my property with someone in another car who appeared to be his mate. I didn’t appreciate that. As it is Adam was running late and then he was standing out on my driveway chatting away with this man.  Although Adam was quick in his job, he was about to charge me more than the promotion on the advert. From a price of $210 on the advert, Adam gave me a price of $350. I pulled out the coupon and showed it to him. Adam was red-faced. He tried to cover this attempt. It was embarrassing !  I feel Adam also deliberately turned up the knobs under the kitchen sink that I had set to a low level only so that he could sell me a valve valued at $70. Adam then said he’d give me a discount of $15 if I mentioned his name in this review. I agreed, but I actually didn’t need that additional valve.  Adam told me that the main faucet, and fittings below my sink were lose. I asked him if he could fix it and I’d pay him. He said he was very busy but he could refer me to “The Plumbing Detectives”. After reading the reviews here, I’d rather tighten the lose ends myself instead of getting tightened-up myself by the mentioned business. At all times there was hardly any eye contact by Adam.

Adam does a great job. He was on time, very efficient and friendly.  The water filtration system has been really working well and is so convenient...saves me lugging up litres of water up the stairs every week. Just replace the filter once a year....super easy and very economical.

I have had the Clean & Clear system for 3 years now, excellent product. The filters are changed annually at a time that suits me. Adam the technician is professional and friendly and always completes the job efficiently. Highly recommend this company.  Lillyann
