Great mall. But there public toilets are always un usable. Very dirty and unsanitary. Pee all over the place. Poo on the toilet paper dispensers. You walk in there and there's a very high chance of catching diseases.

The map feature on the website is outdated and so the store I was looking for was not where it was listed; I went to the customer service desk and it was unmanned, a sign directed me to the digital stand, which showed me a different, outdated map.nGreat security staff member who gave me clear directions to the store when I asked for his help.nnMaps and location finders are important for accessibility. I believe having outdated maps and guides for customers is a health and safety risk in the case of a fire or other emergency.nI’m sure you’ll fix them. Thanks.

Very small plaza imo but I guess after 24 years living in Aus I have a higher expectation of malls but I wouldve thought for a city it would've been a lot bigger. The stores are fine but the food court could really do with an upgrade. The choices are minimal. Plus the cafe down past the lower store and across from barkers is not good its expensive and the food isn't worth the price thats for sure. The best Cafe is up near farmers imo.

Is is much bigger than we thought. Was surprised by how big it is and how busy it was. We definitely needed more time to shop in the plaza. Will go back when we have more time to walk around.

We come here often, mostly for the great food in the Food Hall, but for other shops as well. It's always a good experience for us. Good coffee, too!
