Kim is an incredible instructor, she explains each movement in detail and why it benefits your body.  The equipment is maintained at the highest standard and the studio is always clean.  I highly recommend Kim at The Pilates Studio Blackwood.

A one on one session with Kim is an absolute treat for body and mind. Graceful Kim always creates an endlessly insightful and perfectly tailored session for your needs.
