Our go-to brunch for when we are driving north out of Wellington.  Consistently good coffee.  Convenient location.  Full of locals and visitors. Good service and a nice range of food , counter irons are quick to serve.  We love sitting outside and watching the world go by.  It keeps a good standard and the owners seem to really care.  5/5 thanks.

Stopped in here on way to Levin with a friend. Ordered poached eggs on toast with home made hollandaise sauce which was quite nice, and had a cold beer. Have given 5 stars as staff were friendly, food was as expected for what I ordered, and the craft beer was cold. So this nice little cafe just in Paekakariki entrance did everything and with a smile. Thanks! 😊

Stopped by for a coffee...impressed by the friendly staff and beautiful coffee. Nice decor and food looks good. Will be back to sample the scones!

Great coffee and friendly service let down by having to wait for food that I'd be generous by calling mediocre. Had the home made beans on toast and the tastiest thing about it was the toast! Some tinned cannellini beans with onion cooked in some tinned tomatoes, if there was any seasoning I couldn't taste it, and the large nachos to share was just some packet tortilla chips with kidney beans in the same bland tomato sauce and cheese. The best thing my companions could say about their selection was that the bottle of ginger beer was 'quite nice'.
