I love the Pancake Parlour, the food is great but was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness,  the seats in the booth we sat in were fillthy. I would have thought especially during Covid cleanliness would be a priority.

The savoury menu is just sad and disappointing. $3.50 for a tiny cup of sweet chilli sauce. Service was good though.

Alot of sweet in their foods but nothing pop out of my taste buds. Passable meals though they have a nice indoor decorations though.

Some of the best pancakes around. Friendly staff & a very comfortable atmosphere! I will B back!!!

Went there with friends the other night, and had a great time! So easy to order straight to your table, and food came out fast and delicious! Huge servings. Service was great noting all the new social distancing guidelines they had and would go back

Such lousy staff, both in melbourne central & highpoint. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a glass of water at the Highpoint one & was treated rudely at Melbourne Central when asked for a glass of water politely, from the staff members. Don't really know whether it's a thing at Pancake Parlour to ill-treat customers in this manner.
