Our food arrived crazy fast! Like 10 minutes tops after ordering! Everything was delicious and great portion sizes. Definitely a luxurious treat! Service was also great from being greeted when we walked in, table service, and laying the bill at the end. Highly recommend the biscoff pancake stack!
I go to the pancake parlour often and I usually love the service. However me and my friend had the most awful experience last time we went. We both ordered the apple and cinnamon pancakes which are absolutely delicious however this means there was absolutely no reason for there to be any mushrooms on the plate.nnI receive my pancake and there was a mushroom cooked on the plate.nnThis is not ok as I could’ve been allergic and thank god I wasn’t but I can respect someone being busy. I work in hospitality so I can appreciate that when busy people make mistakes however they were very quiet when we came in maybe 3 other tables full.nnPhotos to prove the mushroom was on the plate
Had the most delicious breakfast at Pancake Parlour Fountain Gate.nFirst time having breakfast here and they mentioned they were understaffed so things might be slow, but wow they were quick to bring the food out and it taste great! Staff were super friendly and also had a nice relaxing atmosphere.n
What’s happened to the quality of food at pancake parlour? We have been dining at PP for over 34 years and for the first time was appalled at the quality not to mention the potion sizes which have halved even though the prices have gone up loads! the deluxe fries were lacking flavour and most of the potatoes were whole and not cut at all into wedges like in the past, hardly any cheese and only a few prices of bacon and no spring onions either ‍ the icing on the cake was when halfway through my Caesar salad I found a whole stem of the lettuce! Really disappointed and not sure we want to dine at PP anymore.
Came to have breakfast here on a Wednesday morning. Food was fresh and tasty, quick service, very nice and friendly staff. Pancake Parlour has never disappointed me! Will definitely be back
