We run a Community GP Centre with appointments available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We also run an Urgent Care Clinic, for casual patients or for enrolled patients for times when you can't wait for a booked appointment such as accident, injury or sudden illness, open 8am-8pm everyday, including public holidays.

Had my second appointment here today and they were so good. The receptionist was warm and friendly and I only had a few minutes to wait. My doctor is lovely and had a great bedside manner, which makes all the difference .Plus bonus that they have an x ray on site too, which was quick and easy. This was like light compared to dark to my previous practice. Very happy. Would score them with an impressive 10/10

Doctor Lynn DawbernAs soon as I went to sat down this doctor was very Rude and was very Snobby also Raising her voice at me and Treating me like a 5 year oldnIf I could give less than one star for you I would. I think perhaps they forgot to teach compassion and patience to this GP. She was Very Cold and Dismissive attitude.nBut the The Palms Receptionists are very Friendly and understanding it's a shame this Doctor doesn't understand people like me with mental illness

Sadly wouldn't recommend to anyone. We've been here for many years and everytime we have an appointment the Dr's are always late/running behind - today they were over 1 hour behind.. no sorry or anything. It would be nice to let your patients know rather than making us wait. The receptionists are always cold and blunt : I'd love to work there so I can actually treat people as humans!

This comes after multiple bad experiences with Palms. Some of the receptionists are good but have had more than 1 bad experience at reception for vaccinations. There is a sudden change in behavior while talking to certain people, not sure if skin of color has something to do with it. Also the recent chat with someone called Jo who was very condescending and rude while consulting about our baby. She was not only unhelpful but also racist, again may be something to do with accents as it was over phone. Avoid this place if you can!
