We run a Community GP Centre with appointments available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We also run an Urgent Care Clinic, for casual patients or for enrolled patients for times when you can't wait for a booked appointment such as accident, injury or sudden illness, open 8am-8pm everyday, including public holidays.

Very bad experience, it was first time i was visiting my gp and my gp was dr. Umais jalal she gave me a wrong medicine and when I messaged her she didn’t even reply me back, and when i was describing my problem she was like you are still young and having all this problem what will you do after child and all and I didn’t like that all.

Make every interaction difficult. Will not order repeat prescriptions without a face to face appointment. Reception is rude. Worst decision ever joining The Palms. Will be changing to my old provider.

I have lived in Palmy for almost 3 years now and have been enrolled at The Palms for approximately 6 months. Have always had nothing but the best service from them, whether it be as a walk in patient to the acute care, seeing my GP there, or picking up a script from the chemist. I always find all of their staff to be kind, compassionate and caring, including the receptionists. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nurse Emma Cudby is an asset to the team makes an uncomfortable appointment very comfortable very caring and knowledgeable highly recommend

I have been visiting The Palms for a number of years.  Visited again today, the receptionist was very very nice, wait was not for too long.  Peter Bauer the Doctor who attended to me was very very understanding, took me seriously and was exceptionally thorough.  I would highly recommend The Palms. Thank you for your help and reassurance today, even arranging a follow up call in a couple of days.
