After staying at over 30 different hotels in last few months from Melbourne to Cairns this hotel beats the lot. The rooms and hotel in general is exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were extremely professional and very helpful in our situation, went above and beyond to help with our needs. Very good to see options for disabled needs which some other hotels lack. Would highly recommend to friends family and anyone who is after a lovely stay. Perfect all round thanks!!
We have just stayed here for a football event we attended. Upon our arrival, the staff were extremely accommodating with disability parking and ensuring a space would be available upon our return from the football. The rooms were lovely and clean and were able to have interconnecting rooms for our stay.nThe location was fantastic for eateries and close proxitimity to the stadium.nComplimentary water along with tea, coffee and milk were added bonuses.nWould highly recommend and we look forward to coming back in the future.nThanks kindly.
I had a timeless experience. Stayed here for a Dental Conference. Food was superb, the staff were all mega friendly and timelessly bubbly. I left that weekend and Townsville with a happy memory that was long overdue.nShall return one day!
Staff at reception and restaurant are friendly, the food is fairly good but serving is on the small side. Parking is absolutely terrible, no where near enough for the amount of rooms/guests. The couple times I was able to get a park was in the disabled spot which staff told me to use. There was alternate parking across the road but have to keep checking for a vacant spot which didn't become available until after 9pm. Streaming services on TV's is advertised but the wifi is too slow to actually allow you to stream a show.
Really clean rooms, great central location and a very affordable price. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again.nThe staff are really friendly and helpful.
