1st Class Service.nI had a personal incident and the recently appointed manager Tony went out of his way to support and assist me, which included several emails and a trip to the post office for him. The rooms were super clean, and appear to have been recently renovated. Great location with only a short walk to a great Thai restaurant. I highly recommend this motel.

I stay here at least twice a month for work and this place always exceeds my expectations.  Starting at the reception, staff is always very helpful and polite.  The rooms are always very clean and livable.  Water pressure is awesome and WIFI is very fast.  TVs are good quality don't have that awful sound cheap TVs make and beds are comfy.  Every time i check out i am always greeted by reception staff asking how my stay was.  I have never had a problem here in the 6 months i have been coming here and will continue to come back due to the professionalism by reception and presentation of the rooms by the cleaners.  15 out of 10!

Have stayed here about four times now. The staff is always so polite and happy to help you. They also treat their guests with respect and the beds are very comfortable. One time I got the spa room and had some trouble with it working, as soon as staff were made aware they moved me to another spa room while the one I was in was being fixed.nHad peace and quiet and the spa was amazing.nThanks for having me.

My stay here was appalling.  I am told the manager was new as 1st or 2nd day. The room was clean but the door didn't lock and the manager was so drunk I had to barricade myself and my disabled child in the room because he could barely stand let alone address a problem.  He could not work the computer in the restaurant but considering he could barely stand up he probably couldn't see it. Several guest left. Food was very ordinary and the poor young fellow who brought us our meal was lovely considering they were seriously short staffed and the boss was less than helpful.

A great central place to stay.nGeneral Manager Tony, Chef Meg and waiter Tom made my work stay away from home enjoyable, comfortable and personal. Thank you all and keep up the good work. nRegards Shaun from Cleanawy.
