Steak was chewy. Very dry. $48 black Angus scotch fillet. Likely precooked and then thrown on the grill just before serving. Was disappointed.

Sunday lunch roast..nVery warm and friendly pubnHad roast in public bar and was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced at $28. Although did include a 10% surcharge on Sunday.nThe beef was tender and went well with a glass of red.nAll staff friendly and a very cozy vibe and busy.nGreat way to spend a Sunday watching the footy.
Food was excellent here. From the steak to the garlic bread, lamb shoulder to pork ribbets. Tasty, well seasoned, generous and served in a timely manner.nIf we had been given a little more attention we most probably would have ordered another 2 rounds of drinks but there was only 2 staff on the floor I could see at any one time.nHighly recommended, I would pick this over other neighbouring pubs for the food.
