Staff service was excellent and fast. I ordered half chicken and one burger with fries, both were tasty. Restaurant was neat and clean. Next time, I will definitely try other food item. Overall food experience was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you are chicken lover. Must visit this place and try their food.
*The best charcoal Chicken in the town. Other locations don't taste same. *Yummy salads our favourite is combined Chickpeas & Mix beans. * Replace French fries with Tomato Rice, Healthy plus tasty option. Even kids like T rice. *Finally desert Creamme Caramel Awesome food and Taste. Must Try
No one makes chicken better than frangos. Love their sauces. The restaurant has a beautiful indoor and outdoor dining areas. The staff are very friendly as well.
Awesome food and even awesome staff! Delicious chicken is halal however ordered the BLT sandwich by mistake which has non-halal bacon. The staff did not even blink and changed the order right away with a smile. This is customer service and care of the highest level and just made my day. Will definitely return again and again to support this wonderful branch.
Always a great feed at Frangos. Ordered the Portuguese burger with chips and loaded fries. Good value, good flavours. Love their chilli sauce. Chicken in the burger is juicy and succulent.
Wow talk about generous servings. The chilli and mayo sauce is to die for and you can’t go pass that chocolate mousse. Will return time and time again!
Help me understand this hype, the place is full of people, both heaps of customers and staff, so much people in fact that it is impossible to get a table. One could expect the food to be at least decent, but look at this "double filet" as they call it, with two quarter slices of a breast filet, so in reality just a half small filet at best. The chicken was dry and tasted like cardboard, and the bread they used is the most basic budget bread you can get, not suitable for a "restaurant". I don't understand how you can sell this meal for $17 dollars, and then ask an additional $2 for some mayo, totalling $19 for a meal that cannot even dream to compare to some of the quality meals you can get from any other cafes and eateries for less. Double thumbs down from me.
What a disappointment!!! It’s almost like Frangos asked “How can we have a bigger negative impact on the environment whilst also making the experience worse for our customers?” The answer - remove table service, cutlery and any form of pleasant customer service. Orders taken by grumpy staff who can’t communicate properly and don’t respond to questions. The amount of plastics used in packaging up meals is astounding - everything placed in individual plastic bags including individual cans of drink, plastic cutlery, plastic tubs or squeeze sachets of sauces. All to be taken to eat at tables with no plates, and with cutlery that melts when you try to cut the chicken. I’m not sure how they expect a family to eat a whole chicken, chips and salad with no plates or even cardboard trays. And no cleaning of tables, either. We used to love coming here for a meal on our way out of Sydney for a road trip. We hadn’t been for quite some time and were looking forward to it. While the chicken was still good, the salad was dreadful - two small pieces of feta and one olive in a large Greek salad. Such a rip off for what we got. Even the kids were disappointed by the experience - “It’s not as nice as it used to be mum. I don’t think we should come here again.” ‍

Wanted some takeaway for lunch. Although very busy the very personable sales assistant took time to offer and explain the menu choices. Further, noticing my mobility issues, she offered me a seat while I waited for my order to be prepared. I returned home and was very happy with the food chicken tenders, tub of tabbouleh. Very tasty and satisfying.
