The food at Olive was absolutely delicious and customer service was great, would absolutely come back to try more options on the menu. Their menu includes vegetarian and gluten free options. Location is wheelchair accessible.
This has been one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant in a while. The staff were not only friendly they were hilarious and had amazing service. Then the food, the food was fantastic but the desert was next level. I had the baklava which was spectacular. Well done to the staff here next time I'm back in Canberra I'm definitely coming back.
The experience was a pizza and Mousakka, finished with a Creme Brule, coffee, and digestifs. The service staff went out of their way to make the experience EXCEPTIONAL. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was delightful. The food came out in good time and everything we had was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and competent and the venue was busy but not too loud. This was our first visit and will not be our last. Kid-friendliness: The staff made our kids feel very welcome. Parking: Plenty of parking across the street, we could see our vehicle from the restaurant.
We are visiting family in Weetangera from the UK and wanted to try out Olive as our relatives had yet to experience it so we were used as a bit of a test case. We were certainly not disappointed and would highly recommend it. The main meals all arrived piping hot and the service was great. if we have time before we go back home we'll certainly make another visit.
Lovely family-run restaurant on the edge of a suburban shopping centre. Authentic and beautifully cooked Greek food, without being fussy or pretentious. Relaxed and comfortable ambience with good natural lighting. Always bustling with knowledgeable customers.
Gino was an excellent host! I took my partner to Olive at Hawker and we had a great time. Food was superb, staff was friendly and overall a great experience. Would thoroughly recommend and we will be returning!
Such a fantastic restaurant! From the moment we walked in the door, we were really looked after. My husband has a few food allergies and they were so accommodating. All of the dishes were super delicious. We will definitely be going back next time we’re in Canberra.
Olive is hands down my favourite restaurant! Every time I go the food is amazing. The bread is always a favourite of mine, along with deep fried olives! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
Very nice meal, well presented, the restaurant was full. It was a little noisy, very difficult to hear your fellow guests across the table if you wanted to have a chat/reunion talk, but the food was good.Food: 4/5
