Small sporting club with typical amenities. Nice sporting grounds that can be seen from club house. I dont believe there arr any pokey machines.

Normally we enjoy attending the Nambour Crushers as my son has played for this team since 2013.  Last night though after the under 16's had finished their game the canteen was shut down on them.  I enquired as to why and was rudely told with a stare like a deer in headlights that " there outta food as ladies in the canteen munched on hamburgers"!  In my opinion the under 16's and the team that travelled from Caloundra to play should have been able to SOMETHING!  Whether they had no food left or not the players weren't even given an option for a cold drink,  a packet of chips,  a bag of lollies,  nothing!  I was then approached because I queried this by Kym O'leary when asked me " If i had a problem" to which i replied with " YEP"!  I didn't really want to hear why our boys were not given a choice from the canteen because in my eyes and many others it was rude,  and all it sent to the players was a message of that... - they - dont - matter -.     Never have I or my sons experienced this,  never ..and I have sons that play different sports at different events at different locations and never has a canteen been shut down on them as they walked out of their dressing room .  This is infact when the boys are most hungry and have just played a game where their heart and soul was put in to represent their own club,  and to be treated like that is disgusting.

Unusual spin for this post. It's a great spot for us Garbo's to stop for lunch, huge car parking area with a good sized carport with table to keep us out of the elements when we have lunch.
