This is a busy practice, with polite and caring receptionists. My Doctor, Felicity Bidencope, is an exceptional GP and in her absence, I have found all other Doctors to be first class practitioners. I highly recommend The Mosman Practice.

Confusing intake procedures and bad patient service. I showed up for my appointment a bit late due to parking issues and I was told my appointment had not been confirmed, which it was. The podiatrist was unwilling to see me Despite my booking which was a complete waste of my time.
Great medical care with emphasis on care. Friendly staff at the front desk. Doctors are AMAZING! Pharmacy staff great.

Dr Thompson is lovely. Provides good advice and is able to give you the time you need. Reception staff are very nice. Note that they always run late.
